Complete tenant buildouts, material procurement, site planning, and inspections. Jay’s Construction completed all projects in Ontario.

Pizza Hut

Renovated existing Pizza Hut restaurants, and completed full tenant buildouts for numerous locations.

Pranaam Grocers and Restaurant

Completed full tenant buildout for custom restaurant and grocery store, all within one unit. Handled all aspects of construction from material procurement to final inspections.

Luxury On Quinella

Completed full renovations from basement to top floor. Completed structural work, electrical, plumbing, and all finishes.

Opulence At Farm Acre

Finished entire basement, including framing, electrical, plumbing, carpet, tiling, and more. Added a bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a bar, and a home theatre.

Grandeur on Middleton Court

Completed full kitchen renovation, from cabinets to counter, and plumbing to electrical. Completed patch work for flat drywall ceilings as well.

Completed full renovations for guest rooms and common areas including pool.
